during game or even b4 game.. on the bottom left corner, where its say "client network good/fair". it also said "mouse disable for 60 second", and i cant move my piece for that time.. some time it disable me longer.... How come and please help... I could lost a game because of the time... I cant move unless the mouse not disable...

Hi TQT, the disabled mouse sure helps but you could guys possibly do more?
 There is this software user in CXQ whose nickname is qq_qq; he moves VERY VERY fast. He can move 30 moves without losing 1 second. I don't think he's able to change windows to follow software's moves if he moves that fast so he must have logged into the server with the software and let it play for him, assumingly. I don't think disabled mouse would be able to stop that since he could easily place his mouse in the game window. Is there any way you guys could disable users logging in with their software? I think that, along with the disabled mouse would cut down on the number of software players. I'm not sure whether you guys have done that already or not, just a thought.
