Low ranking common room, Common roooms for low rank players Options

Hello all,

I've only been playing XiangQi for a relatively short time (months) and only just getting the hang of it. Unfortunately, my ranking has suffered and now it's very hard to get opponents with a rank within 100 of mine.

Would it be possible to have a common room for people with low ranks to enjoy a game, without waiting at empty tables until someone takes pity
