Though you write in word format, I know what u mean. But I need to point out that your reasoning is wrong.

After red moves forward the rook 5 steps (or R1+5), blue checks by pawn 3 horizontal (or p3.4), black king eats the pawn (or K6+1), again checked by pawn 4 (or p4+1), the only way left is moving down (K6-1), down pawn 4 again (p4+1), king escapes to centre (K6.5), so pawn 6 checkmates (or p6.5).

Red can checkmate in two steps, correct. But blue checkmates in only one step.

Actually, you can try your answer by moving the pieces in the power board. You move the red pieces, and computer will play blue in return. See if you can win.
