i am new to here
at the first page i try to log in
but every time i input user name and password
and press log in
the page will refresh and then return to the same page

what happens?

Have you installed java? if not, Click here to download and install it.

Then reboot your pc.

Wasnt too sure if this helps...no harm to give it a try though.

hmmm the problem is that it dont gives a error so i dont know what is happening

You may need a updated version of Java. try reinstalled it again.
