am writing to ask why is it after the 26th October, a member ID: ISGOPLAY account was restarted he claims

Orginally , he had 1655 points, but after the 26th October, he was treated as a new member and had 1500 points .

I in behalf of ISGOPLAY would like an explaination,

Problem finally solved, it was jsut a mistake off goin into a different leauge, fast ans slow league

I had an issue where I payed for favor points earlier but didnt receive them. I reported it on facebook and now the screen to get favor points has disappeared.
